Vocabulary Review

Depth of Field- What's in focus

Light- Where is the light coming from and the angle it comes in at. Also the intensity of the light is how bright it is. More light=More shadows. Less light= Less shadow  

Shadows- The absence of light 

Diffusion- To blend and soften light and chaining the intensity of the light.

Exposure- How the picture looks to our eyes. Whether your photo is to light or to dark

Aperture (f-stop)- The SMALLER the number, the bigger the opening

Shutter speed-

ISO-

Types of Lenses

Telephoto- Allow you to zoom closer to your subject  

Prime- Does not zoom at all, it is fixed to a certain length

Wide Angle- There is a wide view angle, a lot bigger in width

Who- President Barack Obama and his wife Michelle Obama
What- Hugging each other, embracing, cuddling,
Where- Airport, Washington D.C Kennedy International Airport on the tarmac
When- Monday Nov. 17th at 11 a.m.
Why- They haven't seen each other, because President Obama was on the campaigning trail to get re-elected as President
How- Passionately with emoiton
Background- President Obama trip and fell on his way to the airport/ terminal and hit his head hard enough that the medical team nearby had to came and help him.

Sentence #1
President Obama embraces his wife Michelle Obama at the Kennedy International Airport after returning home from a trip to Ohio where he was campaigning to become the 42nd President of the United States.
Sentence #2
The President, while on his way to the terminal, tripped and fell requiring medical attention for a cut on his left cheek.

Who- PSY and the crowd below him

What-  Singing the new pop song "Gangnam Style" with enthusisam 

Where- Seoul, Korea at the Korean-affied South Park Meadows 

When- Juagust 3 1/3 at 95:00 P.M

Why- PSY had just got out of the hospital from his voice outage sickness, and he didn't want to disappoint his fans.

How- With enthusiasm and excitement 

Background- One of the fans had shot a bullet near his vocal cord and damaged it, and luckily since so many fans were recording it they called for the ambulance and got him to the Emergency Room.

After PSY had finished singing, he came down from the crane exhausted and not knowing that this might be his last concert, one of the millions of the fan had pulled out a gun and shot PSY in his throat.

What- On his hunting trip for the rare animal
Where- Northern part of Brazil

Why- The rare animal had injured him when they met and is out to get revenge.
How- Like a stealthily ninja
Background- The rare animal had been hiding in the bushes and when Buford had walked passed the bush the rare animal had felt threatened and pounced on him.

Sentence #1

Buford is staring the rare animal directly in the eyes with confidence and sending the animal a death glare.

Sentence #2
Buford pulls out his big machete and takes the first swing and this fight takes about 1 hour to just even harm this rare animal.

Welcome Back!

This is one of my favorite because it really just caught my eye when I looked at it.

            This is one of my favorite because this photo was shot differently probably since the snowflake is os small.

This is also my favorite because it really looks kinda scary if you were just taking care of your business and just looked down and saw this.

The best song of the year 2012 is Gangnam Style.

The best movie of the year 2012 is Marvel The Avengers.

The most important news is when  20-year-old Adam Lanza forced his way into Sandy Hook Elementary School in Newtown, Conn., and shot dead 20 children — all ages 6 and 7 — and six staff members in the second-worst school massacre in U.S. history.

Something that happened to me during the holiday was that I had started watching a new show that I love now. 

One of my resolution is to not drink any soda for this year.

Something that I'm looking forward to this year is to have a lot of fun.
