Vocabulary Review


Depth of Field- What's in focus

Light- Where is the light coming from and the angle it comes in at. Also the intensity of the light is how bright it is. More light=More shadows. Less light= Less shadow  

Shadows- The absence of light 

Diffusion- To blend and soften light and chaining the intensity of the light.

Exposure- How the picture looks to our eyes. Whether your photo is to light or to dark

Aperture (f-stop)- The SMALLER the number, the bigger the opening

Shutter speed-

ISO-


Types of Lenses

Telephoto- Allow you to zoom closer to your subject  

Prime- Does not zoom at all, it is fixed to a certain length

Wide Angle- There is a wide view angle, a lot bigger in width

5.) Prominence- How important the subject is
6.) Impact- Something that happen and you want to see it again 
7.) Novelty- Something that is unique
